How To Support Your People Better As A Manager

If you are a manager and you believe that people are your most valuable resource, there is nothing more important that you can do in any given day than support your people.

This means that if a direct report comes to see you about anything, their request and/or issue moves right to the top of your “to do” list and stays there until it is completed or taken care of.

It becomes more important than anything else you are doing that day.

And, that might include the report you are working on for your manager or anything else on your “to do” list.
